In 2006 we began the process of building our very first custom home. The real estate market was booming and there were plenty of choices for new construction. We began the process by finalizing our “dream” house plans. Followed by, interviewing many builders to gain a feel for their work and personality. After all, it is a long relationship and I was going to be a “hands on” customer.

To ensure success, we decided from the very beginning what was extremely important to us when choosing a building partner: Quality Workmanship, Flexibility in the many decisions to be made, building Value in our investment, and Honesty.

Without question, Carson Homes represents all of those and delivered. We could not have been happier with the results. Chris and his team were very thorough in discussing the process from beginning to end. From foundation and framing to the detail of finish work, they always had time to discuss our best options to create our vision.
